Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Klarna Checkout
    Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself, and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase, and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or a Klarna account - or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.

Terms of payment are also stated at checkout under the respective payment options. 

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Postnord goods letter (only Sweden)
    Free shipping over SEK 500 (regardless of the volume or weight of the order) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 2-4 days to the nearest delivery point or mailbox.
  • DHL Service Point (only Sweden)
    Free shipping over SEK 500 (regardless of the volume or weight of the order) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 2-4 days to the nearest delivery point.

For delivery outside of Sweden we offer:

  • Postnord (Swedish post) 3-15 days
  • DHL Freight 2-8 days
    Delivery cost is shown in checkout

Terms for delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is stated, 30 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. In the case of uncollected packages, an administration fee of SEK 200 will be invoiced

Returns

Returns are at your own expense. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you. 

14 days open purchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us in writing through info@kbnordic.se within 14 days of receiving your order that you regret. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated. You should return the items to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice. The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box. You can use the Swedish Consumer Agency's regret form.

If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the article. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
